Bottom line is it is the share structure driving the deal now.
as I mentioned, don't know if the new crowd is down with the old crew but someone obviously looking for a 'liquidity event'.
methinks the deal(s) close when at aforementioned dates.
( I just came off clean up job tcpl re sequoia mess and the regulator is NOT happy with this shell game b.s.) if there is a sale,it means a transfer of licence and it better be real. So ducks in a row or go home.
so,dilemma. 
Old crew wants to crash paper-new crew maybe just wants high paid job.
Show me the assets. 
At this price we are in at close to their cost so worth the risk imo.not often that happens less someone sells you shares at discount for promo to pad the arms length co.
