Not for nothing....
They did get a reduction on the purchase price and wiggle room down the road.insiders are going to subscribe at..40 (will bring their acb up but still well south of placement).
I can't beat these guys but I can join them.
If placement sells and company moves quick,I still think there is trade.bearing in mind the game, will take awhile to consider this an investment.
