Two Things

1) I brought in a mathematical scientist in to figure this auction out, he was confused.


2) Does anyone think they may delay because of the crisis in the markets? I appreciate there's not a major correlation, but.

The only major effect is that there may be many ready to tender their shares at the lower of the price point ($6.50) If that is the case than more shares will be purchased and cancelled by the company.  50M / 6.50 = 7,692,307 shares which would be about 22% of the float.  More interesting is why is someone bidding $20.65 for A shares.

Yeah, frankfly, I was considering shorting the A share bids... There was about 400 shares at 19$+ on Thursdsay? If the SCIB is fully subcribed at 6.5$, the class A shares aren't worth more than 8 dollars... Obviously, with such weak volume, I would never dare shorting it, who knows, I might be forced to cover by my broker at whatever ask there would be... but it's real tempting to ...more
