I think they need to raise a few more millions, but they're almost there. And obviously have some time now to do it.

The only thing the Wessons are really good at are enriching themselves at the expense of the shareholders.
Between father, son, wife and any other hangers on they have sucked more money out of the company than any other entity they have employed to conduct work.
There will be no restart simply because they have no ability to raise the US$10,000,000 required to do so.
