Couldn’t buy today is it halted?

Tried to buy today and my broker said this may be under a cease trade order, can't find anything online. Anybody know anything?

I had the same problem with TD  Phoned TD Discount broker  and they said all they could fine was the original cease trading order from a Aug. and had no clue why I could not trade it Online. I told them I tryed to enter an order all day and was watching it trade all day in front of me. They said they would enter the order for me over the Phone at the Online rate and they were go to

At almost 246,000,000 shares, and under the magic 5 cent number, it wouldn't surprise me to see them consolidate soon. (maybe even another name change) GLTA

It's not that many shares and they have been selling equity to large firms and getting loans at these prices.
