Nobody concerned that we have been diluted to the tune of 3x the outstanding shares? Full warrant at 5 cents?? Drilling had been stopped up to now? This is the best financing management could come up with all year, thought they were going to minimize dilution. Has to be voted on in Jan, what are the odds for April start up now? Otso is the Nevada Copper of gold, heading to one billion shares ...more

Pure gold mining has 400 thousand shares and trading well. They will be a 100000 oz producer. We'll all be happy with 1.00 won't we? Most will bail at 50 cents.

Fully diluted we will be well north of 700 million shares o/s.  Pure Gold has better management.  Didn't see anything in the news today re-affirming April start up.  At four months from start up Pure Gold had a way higher market cap than $12 million.  Today's news is essentially a takeover, Brunswick with warrants exercised will be around two thirds of ownership.   ...more

I am finally calling this a game over. I googled Brunswick Gold and all that comes up are pool tables??? Who are they, any proof that there is a strategic investor involved? Guess not. It all seems to me like this was a well thought out scam by Brian Wesson and Co. I mean, I saw so much cash flow into junior miners / explorers during the last 12 months (some financings with amazing terms), but a ...more

Good point.  Who is Brunswick Gold really?  Cyprus corporation?  Arms length from Otso?  Anybody have a website or history of this company?

"Vladimir Lelekov, the Chairman of Brunswick Gold." This person is also linked to Brunswick Rail, a rail car operator in Russia which has been around for years. https://eng.brunswickrail.com/ So it looks like he or they are getting into gold investments.  Interesting.  You can Google his name and find some interviews and other info.

I finally Got the Cease trading alert Off fromTD Discount brokrage for Otso, spent an Hr on the phone , Finally can enter a trade. I was expecting a financing becasue of the News Vacuum that let it drift below the magic 5 cent Number. Not very impressed with the deal  we will have 5 cent share and warrants raining down for years. Plus a possible reverse split once the warrants are excersised ...more

Hopefully the Brunswick group will not be a big seller of shares after the hold period and will want to hold their position for some longer term period.  It's not like there are hundreds or 1000's of investors who took up this placement and you'd get some selling.  If Brunswick started selling a lot of shares it would drive down the share price, which isn't to their ...more

Before today i was thinking the upside here was $1 to even $2 per share. Now the upside is 30 cents, maybe 40 cents.
Comment by Jumpenin on Dec 14, 2020 5:32pm
I agree even there is still upside potential just not as much now, but the good noews is that they now have the cash to start the mine and drill which mean there will be catalysts to move the price. I will be using 700 million shres to calculate the market cap now. so $.025-$.30 sounds about right if  they are successful at getting production to 85-90k Oz per year.,then I see a 10 for 1 ...more

now were heading to production at last. The value here is nuts and the market cap minuscule for what we have. A built mine. Reserves. Permits n govt support. $100m in tax losses. From another site "Look at the forward PE, even w the 750m shares, even if you lower production to 75k/year and bump up AISC to $2200/oz, the PR is less than 1. .05 is a buy,and your buying at the finance price"

*edit* "even with a MC of 750m shares, and if you Lower production to 75k/year and bump up AISC to $1200/oz, you still have a forward PE of less than 1." All they have to do is produce
