Pandion are the ones who put the Wessons in charge, and they didn't take a single seat on the board. Pandion wanted this to fail - that's really the only explanation I can think of. The Wessons didn't invest a single penny into this company, they only lined their pockets before they quit. Both groups should be locked up.

Its called engineered bankeruptcy .Not illegal just highly immoral and executed by nasty people .That is why the industry has the reputation its has honestly earned.(criminals that never receive the justice they deserve) highly corrupt
