you're right, the BOD should be clean up too. If Jacques could leave (somewhere before 2020), maybe the new CEO would do it.
BTW, gold & silver prices are having a nice run today! Come on guys, wake up!! Maybe they're waiting for a market correction as the perfect timing to make a move........
