Ok here's my point regarding the promotion / marketing plan... When I came in this story, the outstanding shares were around 65-67M. With all the BS that happened and were done to the company credibility and direct impact to the SP, the last financial deals were done mostly at 0.10$, instead of 0.20-0.25$ even more years ago, issuing a ton of share and causing huge dilution for the actual shareholders... Really frustrating situation for any common shareholders and even worst when you're aware of lot of things and strategies that we're done during this timeframe... I wont posted here what I know but I'm sure that those deal could have been closed easily around 0.15$ and + if....
Actual $ in the bank wont be enough to close the exploration program and even you mentionned an additionnal 80M shares to do it (BTW at what price you've estimated that?). So without puting the company on the radar, the SP will still be underevaluated... And when they'll be looking for money, same kind of story will happen... Issuing more shares at lower price, increasing again outstanding shares and the dilution factor... And less money for each actual shareholders if you're theory (takeover) come to reality... Let say that from the last big financing deal to the end, we could have saved 30M shares, your calculation would have showned 2.66$ per share, an increase of 0.44$, for the first scenario and 5.33$ per share, increase of 0.89$!!! I don't know how many shares you have but for me, 0.44$ more per share, I would take a few years off to enjoy more life!!!
As you mentionned in your 10 points, we have huge potential with this site and maybe will be a target later on. These factors are in the pocket (not guaranteed at 100%, nobody knows the future), what is not actually is the popularity of Orex and I think it need to be address quick and agressively before we'll need more money.
Yes you're right it's a patience game but I'm not a patience guy... 3 years without making a penny, even worst losing a ton of pennies, doesn't help my cause... And I've alredy mentionned it before, my source told me again that J.L is still very active... All the longs know what he has done or not done in the past and that scares me a lot for the actual and future strategies... I would't recommend him to manage a "depanneur" so.... And he still have enough shares to block a transaction...
CHEERS to all the longs and to all the others that are p!ssed off!!! Maybe someday we'll drink champagne but I'm not optimistic right now...
