Bulk Samples?

Bulk Samples?I don't pretend to be a geologist, miner, driller or any other variation of expert.  I read alot and try to be informed but I'll never have the understanding some of you have.  The ones who have worked hand in hand with these professinals or have your own experience in the field...So I have a question for a situation as unique as Orex's.

Why bother with the 43-101?

A 43-101 is pretty much a requirement for substantial funding from anywhere and a huge selling point for achieving good financing terms.   We have all been prepared for results which are probably tapered from whats actually in the ground due to the Nugget Effect.  Its really hard to gauge a reliable GPT with drills only from what i understand and depending on the assay method used.  I know bulk samples are expensive.  Why has it taken so long to decide to do a bulk sample?  Did they need a 43-101 to accurately know where to draw the bulk sample from?

With all that said... Even if we get a 43-101 and then expand it in due course, its still not a true representation of what we actually have.  Everyone believes it will be discounted because of the nugget effect.  Im pretty sure anyone on the financing side is not going to pay a premium or give superior terms because there should be more gold then whats actually measured.  So whats the benefit of treating this property like all the rest when treating it that way is a disservice to the desired outcome?  Is there no better method that exists?
