As for what for you is management bashing, for me it is the sad reality, the main & major issue of that Company.... In september will be my "8th anniversary" as a shareholder of that company and being there for that time span, it's obvious to end up with that conclusion.... I.e. we had a deal with OSK that could have bring the SP to another level with a marketing campaing! Instead what did Management does during that association?? Nothing! And not to forget the potential deal with the Italians many years ago, a bull market in the PM, high cash burn rate, a poor website upgrade, resource update that took years, and the list goes on (don't want to spend this nice day on their case but I could...)!
As a Director myself of a private company, for sure those clowns wouldn't have make it long the way they are managing OX... So you could do whatever DD you want regarding partnership, resources, etc., Management is an important key to bring a Company to another level! And those Guys don't have credibility on the market and they will fail again and again and again...
Just looking for a miracle to get out of that mess!
