Long term .50+I don't think that the properties potential has ever been negative..only proving itself over several years to be more feasible...the lack of speedy progress has been more to do with Jacques wanting to run the show and not letting go of control. decisions were not always made to the best interests of the majority of shareholders and over time Jacques has taken it to the penny value due to this..now at the final hour when he is more less in a corner is becoming more negotiable.i would guess that any deal would include him stepping down or enough shares issued to the financiers to control future shareholder meetings.thats just my opinion.
