I was present at the AGA in 2015 in Montreal and I got the impression that this "milking process" was over. The other members of the board want the project to be developed and they told that they will keep the burning rate to a minimum to make it happen. You need also take into consideration that Jacques is getting old and that if he wants to make real money with the project, he needs to carefully spend the money that he worked so hard to get this summer. I have also the impression that the new investors will ensure that it is the case.
Perhaps Jacques did learn a lesson? We will see!
