That is very true - just sellers - for now IMHO.
Given that ANX has just hired a very experienced CFO with a proven track record for several successful mergers, I suspect that once this merger is done between OX and ANX, it will not stop there. The following quote from the latest ANX PR about Mr. Dufour is very impressive and I think VERY IMPORTANT.
"Mr. Dufour was part of the team that executed the transformational merger between Newmarket Gold and Kirkland Lake Gold, creating a new 500,000+ ounce gold producer in 2017."
ANX's goal is to produce 100,000 + ounces of gold per year and are focusing on the Atlantic Region. This to me says they might have their sights on Atlantic Gold to achieve their goal of 100K plus ounces per year. Wouldn't that be magical!
This is only me speculating, but it could be the reason for the hiring of Mr. Dufour. As we all know Jacques was not capable of such and he has proven that over the past 20 YEARS!
I am very keen to get into May...complete this OX-ANX merger and watch the combined company bring both entities out of the penny stock category that both have languished in for far too long.
Folks, post merger, we will see lots of PRs coming out about moving Goldboro into production and who knows what Dufour will have up his merger sleeve.
