My Advise

My Advise

I have shared my advise here many times and warned people of ES but was bashed every time I tried to go bearish, now you see the results.  Well, here's another advise, take it or leave it - with them now needing to raise $20 million, if they come to the equity markets again, that financing will most likely need to be done at a huge discount to the previous financing at 70 cents. That makes me think the next financing could be done around 50 cents or even lower, who knows? What I do know is that those that participated in the 70 cent financing is not going to pay 70 cents again with bad results so far. Just check history of equity financing, if initial financing yielded bad results, the next financing is done at a big discount.

I will buy after the next financing price is announced. I am positive for Jaguar results but for all looking to buy, you should be able to get shares much cheaper than 70 cents if a next round of equity financing is on the way.
