As I was saying, there's a good possibility that they already discovered oil in the upper zone - taking the clues from all the recent initiatives the Guyana government has put in place to prepare the country for an oil boom (a lot of which seemed to start after the president visited the rig drilling Jaguar and viewed those "Positive Samples") - you don't just suddenly after many, many years show such urgency to get the country prepared for an oil boom (especially with no other wells planned for the next year plus after Jaguar reaches total depth).
