CGX Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. It is focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and the development of a deep-water port in Berbice, Guyana. The Company, through one of its subsidiaries, holds an interest in a Petroleum Prospecting Licence (PPL) and related Petroleum Agreement (PA) on the Corentyne block in the Guyana Basin, offshore Guyana. The Company, through its subsidiary Grand Canal Industrial Estates, is constructing the Berbice Deep Water Port. This facility, located on the eastern bank of the Berbice River, adjacent to and north of Crab Island in Region 6, Guyana, is being constructed on 30 acres with 400 m of river frontage. Its subsidiaries include CGX Resources Inc., GCIE Holdings Limited and CGX Energy Management Corp. It is the operator of the Corentyne block and holds a 27.48% working interest. Its Wei-1 exploration well is located west of the Kawa-1 discovery in the northern region of the Corentyne block.

Wow there you go again...$1.84 closing...you have No clue how the markets operate...They dont want penny flippers and shareholders that hold for 3days before having to square up thier accounts ...holding this stock... As far as terms what you are suggesting is that Fronterra may Not convert thier loan and keep collecting 15%interest to somehow force Cgx into bankruptcy.... Did you know that secured debtors get paid first...That would be Fronterra...but only for the $35 million on this offering...(are you suggesting that Cgx is only worth $35 million what about the balance of well over $200 million they have invested...Next to get paid is unsecured debtors ...banks...suppliers...not much there...And Lastly Shareholders of which Fronterra owns app 78%or over 260 million shares at a cost of over $250 million....Tell one reason Fronterra would have in not seeing Cgx do well or being successful... Your constant negative rhetoric is annoying to say the least....
