RE:"Change in Control"This doesn't make sense. First Google says it is used to incentive the employee to stay but later you write it is a fee paid in event the company changes hands (ie change in control of the company which is how I understand it) but these are completely unrelated. Having the company taken over has nothing to do with incentivizing someone to stay with a company that no longer exists!
