I was making a point.

Follow me now,

If "someone" should want to take a postion (not day traders, or small holdings),

or, should we get some positive leaks, 

then anyone/everyone looking to rush in, IMO may, move CGX quicker earlier than FEC.

Just an opinion, based on percentage of non-insider shares available
