just why would they need to make a deal with anyone .. the port project can and will be finance by either the world bank or u s majors ...... if this kawa well is successfull .... all they do is bring in one of the oil lifting ships and sell the oil into the market ....

Oh sure I can see it already, Hey Exxon do mind if i borrow you 500 million dollar paltforf production ship for a few weeks. Hey thanks allot guys. Ya I dont think so. Our Guys are not really even worthy of having the concessions they do. They need to hit and have a farm in agreement before TD or shortly there after. Oil Run is dead on!!
