What sort of % would you guess at? Any farm in has a twist - would Frontera permit someone having more then a 33% interest? I don't know.     For all we know we could have had great offers but Frontera turned them down.. not for the $, but for the control aspect.

What is this discussion good for, you have a binary event in a month, no jv is expected till then, if its good it will be relevant but if not then no f.o, same thing like discussing what youll do with your profits, first earn the money, then spend it. Rapsani, no clue on trade details just that a trade has to happen. SD has made some posts on what trade terms might look like. What I find interesting is that the hottest play on the planet includes cvx, exxon, hess, apa, total, repsol, tullow. Shell is late to the party but isn't gonna be left out.
