From the gas vs oil perspective in the video presentation,
they made it clear that santonian had yielded oil not gas in the area.
Hopefully it came true this time. Given the high costs of development oil vs gas is night and day. In fact what kind of market is their for the gas, or would it be an almost worthless biproduct of the condensate?

Is even NGL(condensate) commercial? says it's 1/2 to 1/3rd of brent now. I think our best case is some % oil, some low % ngl https://www.naturalgasintel.com/with-strong-demand-and-choppy-supply-outlook-brightens-for-ngl-prices-raymond-james-says/

How about you go look up today's price and not April of 2021.
