Answer to questions in my inbox

No, I have no info on the Kawa well. Zero, nada, ni conyo. Seriously, if Kawa were dry do you think that the vested interests that Schzeibzey and others mentioned wouldn't have bailed by now with oyl dissolved and fec 0.1x at what it is now? They said something in their PRs that would even get the deck hands attention because to obtain what they got from the hole would have put the rig on high alert. My only beef with some people is this playing on people's expectations. The pumpers who now are trying to cover to maintain their credibility. They should explain what a roustabout knows.

Anyway the sp will find it's own equilibrium regardless of MM and pumper manipulation. Is oyl fairly valued now? My own opinion is that it's undervalued from what I glean from the PRs.

I'll bet that rig was on high alert when they took a kick, obtaining cuttings and mud gas, maybe even H2S protocols without oxygen at depths. Slide 9 caught my attention with the wells in line with Kawa. All hydrocarbon bearing with gas. Somewhat incinuates one large trap with a slope toward sea culminating in the golden lane. Throw in OIL_RUNs thoughts of unitization and it looks like one ...more

Screibzey yeah they could have taken many kicks and collected formation fluid samples at the choke manifold while circulating out the kick. If true, then it implies a lot of things, all of them positive for sp because they said that they collected light hydrocarbons and also they had confirmed an active hydrocarbon system. So now we wait for more details on ops and geology. What's your guess ...more

I think Beibei-1 should be out soon, unless they had trouble, which will be telling. The more imminent catalyst imo is where the money will come from for bull of Wei-1. The full $35m was taken on 13 APR, so they will need more, fins and AGM will provide clarity. With all converts, FEC has 79.5% of OYL. Through those shares and their own stake in corentyne, they own 85% of corentyne. I'd guess ...more

Yes Beibei might be in the same ancient river gorge or channel updip from Kawa and Wei. A hit there might give oyl a good boost. Now financing is another thing that I know almost nothing about so I'll defer to you financial guys.I forget when it was when they first announced that they obtained formation fluid samples. This past Jan. or Feb? Anyway, back then, the first thing that jumped out at ...more
