You need to be ashamed of yourselves!!!  You haven't had the courage or the ethics to address your international shareholders in over a year and now you're holding an AGM as if it was 1980 w/out a live link for anyone outside of Toronto or w/ travel restrictions to attend.  You've repeatedly dumped confusing and wishy washy PR into the market place...you had an obligation to GO ON RECORD and clarify your statements for everyone.

SHAME ON YOU!  YOU'RE NOT WORTH THE PAPER YOUR CHECKS ARE PRINTED ON!!!!  This is why small shareholders don't endorse your management positions.

These losers probably find it funny... retail sending them angry emails, threatening them with emails to securities commissions, etc.  I almost feel sorry for any IOC/NOC looking to do a deal with CGX or Frontera: must be one incredibly difficult and embarrassing exercise.

Hi She Drills, Now I'm getting afraid as a small shareholder since you are also warning now, while you were always so positively about  their results and future ! FEC is in fact in charge of the CGX  future with 70 % property  and Catylist Capital is the majority shareholder of FEC. I suggest we should start with a claim with the Canadian stock exchange authories as

I consider myself an ethitical professional...I can't ingnore management incompetence and shareholder abuse. I own more Frontera than CGX Energy...at this stage I want to be fully absorbed such that I'll never have to see Suresh's name again.

It's admirable your ethical, but unfortunately no one in CGX (or even Frontera) shares the same qualities.  This entire opportunity is slowly being flushed down the toilet for no good reason other than stupidity, arrogance, and laziness.  I am glad people like yourself keep sending strongly worded emails to the management team. Hopefully one day these losers will form some form

i do not own enough shares to make a significant difference.........although its enough for me. I can say that I am prepared to join any shareholder protest, of any kind. Their behaviour is abhorrent. Christine, thank you for speaking up....At least you are a "known" to them.

I just noticed the location of the "shareholders" meeting.  Locked down in their own lawyer's offices.   Shame shame shame ....

BTW the meeting lasted over 2 hours including question session which lasted for in excess of an hour

Regardless of the other posters I would like to thank you for "A" going to the meeting, "B" asking the questions and trying to hold them as accountable as you and can and "C" taking the time to write about it here for the rest of us to view.   Much appreciated.  Really nothing new and the same end result in that we wait until the results.  Hopefully
