RE:An outsider lookDelays happen. Said it over and over on this site. It's fine. Ensuring quality performance is important. You mentioned it briefly but Mr. Michael Lende me a few more weeks has made numerous promises and fallen back on most of them. Frankly, he is the issue. If he gave an upfront timeline response and then updated when delays happened, I personally would have zero issue with that. I do my due diligence. The problem is part of my due diligence comes from his media responses which are constantly altered after the fact without reasoning why.
Second issue is the ownership of the Thermalpass entity is very diluted with partnerships. A full update on who gets what would be nice. Commersive was announced with percentage split. I would like to hear how the latest partnership works.
Third issue. They basically already said they could only make 50 at a time. Who is manufacturing these and what are they going to want for it we need to know. More dilution of this company would not sit well with me thru shares. I would prefer the OEM makes it on their dime and takes a percentage off the purchase order. Diluted either way but my preference.
