Details please on this product. Is it a Soft product?

Watching what I would describe as a lukewarm (at best) market response to this ThermalPass product. Has anyone actually seen the product? Is it functional and durable? Has it been patented? What is COG?

Looking at the current dated presentation materials and product brochure; please provide us more susienct details.

Your right - After the huge advertising exposure on BNN the news release on Feb 2 of merely a handful of units sold appears pathetic. The portable unit appears especially fragile; no structural bracing top or bottom. How is that supposed to be of value, stand up and last?
