213,000 bid still there.........at 2.45. But, 18,000 bid at 2.55.
I see I last posted this about a week ago, and looking at the chart there seems to have been maybe only a few hundred shares that went off at 2.45, as the chart shows just a brief touch of 2.45.
So, most of the volume has been well above this area.
Very low volume stock.
I was told by another NFG investor that CK thought the sellers of PALI were those that originally came into PALI when it was private. Remember, these investors made a LOT of money, as I think the cost basis of PALI's NFG shares is close to nothing.
So, maybe most of those who want to sell out of PALI may have done so.
Bob Moriarity in his newsletter 123gold wrote up about LAB being a way to buy NFG at a discount, as they are slated to get NFG shares for the sale of their Kingsway project. I think he calculated that you'd be buying NFG shares at a 25% discount or so. ...But, LAB is still going to be exploring their remainsing property (s), so will LAB be selling NFG shares to ralse cash to stay in the exploration game? They'll have to wait 4 months after the sake closes to sell and of their NFG shares, regardless, according to the terns of the deal.
Besides, PALI has somewhere arounf a 50% discount for its NFG shares......but, there is a tax issue, cuz the shares have a cost basis of close to zero, I think.
And the lawsuit issue from 3D. There are signs that it is a nothing burger Sheldon Iwantesh of 3D seems to be a promoter type, in my guess, and I suspect the 3D share prices was engineered higher recently, only to plummet back down.
He may have thrown the lawsuit at PALI, and even included NFG, as a nuisance suit to see what might stick, what he might get to go away.
Another poster here, Nozzpack, pointed out that the big buys and insider buying happened after they had the meeting with a mediator over the 3D claim. This may indicate that 3Ds claim was weak, and the conclusion that it will gain no traction in legal proceedings beyond mediation.
