Hmmmm........some keen investor (s) have woken up to the fact that owning PALI is like owning NFG shares, but at a discount.

Yes, there is a lawsuit against PALI ( incl. NFG in the suit), but it appears that an astute investor believes this to be a nuisance suit without merit, which is what, I understand, Colin Kettel's opinion is as well..

There is very consequential news coming. Insider buying of NFG shares by indirect proxy via Pali, is no different than buying NFG in the open market . Its almost perfect risk averse due diligence ..
