Pangolin Diamonds Corp. is a Canada-based diamond exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Botswana. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, holds title to various properties (herein, the Pangolin Properties). The Pangolin Properties consist of approximately 17 diamond prospecting licenses (PLs). The Motloutse Diamond Project is located in eastern Botswana and comprises eight diamond PLs. Its Kweneng Project is located in the Kweneng District and covers an area of approximately 361 square kilometers (km2). Its subsidiaries include Pangolin Diamonds Limited (PDL), Pangolin Diamonds (Pty) Limited, Geocontracts Botswana (Pty) Limited and Amulet Diamond (Botswana) Pty Limited.

RE: How does TPLM Compare to PANTerrain, depth of shale, geology of the surface rock will have some bearing on the ease of extraction.  In Sask. there isn't any place that doesn't have a rural road close by.  Therefore the cost and speed of getting the wells drilled favors the Bakken formation. 

Just my thoughts.
