Pangolin Diamonds Corp. is a Canada-based diamond exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Botswana. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, holds title to various properties (herein, the Pangolin Properties). The Pangolin Properties consist of approximately 17 diamond prospecting licenses (PLs). The Motloutse Diamond Project is located in eastern Botswana and comprises eight diamond PLs. Its Kweneng Project is located in the Kweneng District and covers an area of approximately 361 square kilometers (km2). Its subsidiaries include Pangolin Diamonds Limited (PDL), Pangolin Diamonds (Pty) Limited, Geocontracts Botswana (Pty) Limited and Amulet Diamond (Botswana) Pty Limited.

Load Up?

Anyone have level 2? Insider trading? If no insider selling might be opportunity here. TD Bank has target of $1.50 with classic double bottom formation. Looks like bashers are hoping to get a dive to pick up shares. Can't say I blame them, but likely this is close to bottom, a lot of support at .50. Rumak got a 1.6 M shares July 3rd, hopefully that was for a great job on negotiating a JV. If anyone has level 2 please post info... Thanks
