I have been following these units for ever. I think that

right now and over the last year, the units are trading as a strategy (Because of the massive exit of Retail Traders) by sophisticated traders. This strategy is buy low, and as a result the trades do not reflect value. The trades are priced generally at 1.60 below NAV. Because of the troubles of the REIT a lot of people are staying away, which is a mistake, the REIT will come back full blast soon. My opinion do your own DD.
