ULTIMATELY!! Moray wants his own REIT why??
Being in the front lines of the real estate business its a nice touch to have. Its just another avenue to use when one is negotiating or foreclosing or whatever. Being at the fore front of real estate activity will provide Moray and Company many opportunities to build up the REIT's assets. Without alarming anyone, I see him doing what McCowan tried to do, but in a more intelligent fashion. We cannot see what Moray has in the pipeline, but its a good bet that it rhymes with M&A. So all those Moray guys out there that are accumulating quietly, have to be exposed for the sake of the little guys invested in this REIT, anything under $4.00 is an absolute steal. My opinion's, do your own DD.
