Nonesense, the REIT will be able to pay the same or higher distribution to all. You cannot argue that the REIT is overleveraged and that is a negative, and then argue that because you are reducing debt, argue that its a negative. I am quite sure of what I am saying is on the money, and am tired to see the little guys leave the deal. I do not know where you stand really, but you are entitled to your opinion. Stay the course.
