RE:RE:RE:RE:NO Need to tender to voteSince PAR.UN is a REIT, two main ways to make money on it is either the dividend or the management fees.  I believe Orange Capital wants to be in a position to rake in the management fees primarily and the dividend secondarily.  Selling for capital gains is unlikely since this is one time, fees and the dividend are long term.
