DESERVING HEALTH INTERNATIONAL CORP. AND DERMAMED PHARMACEUTICAL INC. ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

Deserving Health International Corp. and DermaMed Pharmaceutical Inc. have begun legal action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against Pacgen Life Sciences Corp.

On May 12, 2017, the defendant entered an exclusive commercial right to DermaMed and Deserving Health. The named plaintiffs claim Pacgen has defaulted on the performance under the distribution agreement and is seeking general damages and special damages.

The named plaintiffs have no guarantee of succeeding and no estimate of when this matter will be resolved; however, the management is committed to vigorously pursuing this matter to protect the company's investment and intellectual property.
