Being able to generate buyers with 0cashflow, 0 revenues, operating outdoor in colombia is quite nice.

But still, 3 millions shares looking for a buyer in the upper 50cents of ASK vs 140 000 shares looking for a sellers in the 50 cents of BID ... this is a time ticking bomb

Furthermore, it's appear on CEO people claiming they filled legal paperwork for a Private placement.
 

This will implie dillution and price going down
