I took a short position at 9$ and will do again at 9.00-9.50$, this is such an ez money spot. Khiron is far more advance, located in 4 country, and worth only 150 millions. Aurora take-over of ICC is 1.2 millions sq foot, more capitalised, millions of revenus and 1/3 valuation of PCLO (280 millions +-)

It is already on their website that there is something wrong. When they say they will only use sun and water. Wow, this sounds amazing, who would not like 12 heures of sun and freshwater. I read, I do not recall if it was on the website, that they are using another plant and tobacco leaves to counter the pests. I didn't see any of these plants on the videos I saw, and even if it was true, these technics still have a limited effect. They should, at least, show the people a video how it works.
They will have to use plenty of pesticide and chemicals to control the mold since the humidity level in Colombia is quite high. Unlike what people think, growing in a closed environment improves the quality and it reduces the use of chemical. Many growers also use the sun from the roof with their lighting system. People who think this cannabis will ship to Canada are naive. It does not mean it will not work but the market would be the South America. Since I can't refute your points above and the story of the ex-CEO, I am not an investor in this pumping scheme.
Just in case some would not be aware, the use of chemicals for the cannabis products are tested and are a lot stricter in the westerner countries. Just the sun and water gives already a clue that there is something wrong. Hey, who doesn't like real sun and water. This way of growing will produce inferior cannabis, not in term of % of THC or CBD, since with about 12 hours of sun annually, the cannabis will be potent. Though, being exposed to molds and pests, the cannabis will be tainted with too much chemicals. Let's not talk about the violence in the country. Imagine if the cartel was involved, even by a third party owning a lot of shares, and it is known, this is another great risk.
