Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Chairman's Message

Chairman's MessageThe last item listed under.... objectives for 2011  "seek additional listings"  will be a significant milestone in PCY's history. I am hoping for a listing on the Hang Sang, H.K. and the TSE, in 2011.  John Lee seems to be in a rush to get things done at PCY and I am set and ready to tag along.  Dare we dream?
