Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Steady on with the hubris!

Good post Itplayer

When I was doing my own DD I spent quite a bit of time looking at SouthGobi(SGQ) which I perceived (rightly or wrongly) to be a company that already is where PCY would like to get to. I wish I could find one of the charts I came across but can't so instead of that, one can pull up a history chart of SGQ and look from Jan 2005 onwards. What it shows is that a company can move from the price of today's PCY to that much higher in the same basic industry. Is this a guarantee that it will happen? Of course not, as much can happen both good or bad especially in the times that we find ourselves in these days. Everyone should do their own DD before investing in PCY or anything else.

I for one am content to wait and see how it all plays out over time.
