Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Look at the top management

RE: RE: Look at the top managementYou're right, there is good information in there. I thought the margins would be a little higher when shipping to the port using the $110 number as that appears to be quite a bit more risk for the additional reward given, but if enough can be shipped then hopefully the quantity should make up for it. Interesting seeing the blend of domestic and port coal though and it makes me wonder if the Russians have asked for coal for a couple of their plants (the test shipments went ok?) in order for the company to have access to the port. Time will tell.

Did the Mongolian gov't not take private rail lines off the table or has that been put back on as I see the building of the line and 3mt/yr of coal going on it. As it is not specified where the coal was coming from it could possibly be from UO or the new property if exploration works out there. It will be interesting to see how the private rail line affects costs down the road and I suspect they'll have to start building it sometime next year to have it in production by 2014 but I'm not an engineer so perhaps someone else has a more informed opinion.

Overall, the road map provides enough information for an investor to decide whether they like the plan and the timelines presented. It's a given that the off takes need to materialize and management knows that more than anyone. Time to go find that cold one.
