Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: RE: New Photos

RE: RE: RE: New PhotosHere you go again, bashing someone with a dissenting opinion, just because you don't believe there is any truth in it.

It could very well be true that the Russians would like to get their hands on this concession, and I would say that is highly likely.

However, we don't know to what extremes they will go to in order to get it.

They may not do anything underhanded - yeah, that sounds like them :-)

They may just do everything they can to help John turn this into a Billion $$ company, signing lucrative contracts with him - yeah, that sounds like them :-)

Or, they could pull the rug right out from under his feet, without him seeing it coming..... Nah, they wouldn't stoop to that :-(

I think we all need to admit that this possibility, as well as many others, do exist.

Like he says, this is Mongolia, and John is irrelevant to the Russians.

There is such a thing as Country Risk, and it exists here.

Don't invest more than you can afford to lose.
