Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I am in Canada, Account with TD, and have no access to either my PCY or the Spinoff.

What is going on here? It seems it should be illegal to do it this way, and I bet it is.

Either the original shares should have remained tradable until both other shares were in the account and tradable, or PCY hould be halted until all shares are available in all accounts and tradable.

Doing it this way gives some (no idea who) access to sell, while others are left holding the bag.

I think it is time to get the authorities involved, and I will be calling them in the morning.
