Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Mongolia Trip

RE: Mongolia TripThanks, that was worth a listen, especially as this market is basically giving zero value for PCY's Mongolian holdings. Bodes well for PCY as Fleckenstein thinks investing in Mongolian resource projects is as close to a "slam-dunk" (his words) as you can get because of the country's proximity to China. And that Mongolia will be an oasis in a sea of chaos. He also says that there are not yet many options to invest in publicly-traded companies operating in Mongolia.
Here's another source saying that China will need more coal this winter:
