Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

This stock has been rather thinly traded lately. A few trades can swing it quickly one way or the other. Just yesterday James West of the Midas Letter chose NKL as one of his top picks on BNN's Market Call. Normally this would have given NKL and PCY a little lift. But as West emphasized during the show, most junior companies across the board are trading at very depressed levels. The business climate will improve for these companies (we just don't know when) and patience will pay off nicely.
