Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: What's going on with PCY?

RE: What's going on with PCY?As mentioned by others, do some research on the Power Plant Agreements if you haven't done so already, that is where the value will be found once the agreement is in place, also we should be getting a 3rd Q report very soon which will tell us what we have been selling the coal from the OT agreements signed a few months back, who knows we could be giving it away. Lastly, NKL is way off from previous levels and we basically own 1/2 the stock.  Since we went to the big board the SP has been a little more stable but we need a few more things in place as far as the power Plant goes before we will see big money come into the stock. And just maybe as the Russians start putting on extra socks and sweaters over the next few months the might open up the boarder crossing that we so desperately need to get paid for all those stock piles of coal we have been accumulating.
