Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I don't see those as contradictory.  Taking a property into production is not the only method (or even the most common method) a junior explorer makes money on a property.

There are many difficulties in taking a project completely to production. I hope NKL can do that, but I do not think it is required for NKL shareholders to be nicely rewarded.

*And BTW, "Dobbsie" comes from Humphrey Bogart's character in Treasure of the Sierra Madre who went insane mining for gold.  It would not surprise me to have gone a bit crazy...
