RE: Clarification He was referring to NKL when he said that in reference to PCY having recently sold almost 500,000 shares. Apparently, other sales of NKL shares tagged as being by insiders are of former employees although the company has not been able to identify who that individual is. With regard to PCY, Lee acknowledged that he had sold about 2 million of his 14 million shares. He stated that he was not a charity implying that he needed the funds. He said it pained him to have to sell but pointed out that he still held 12 million shares. Lee also revealed that an individual investor has taken a sizeable position i n the company. Now here my memory is failing, as I cannot be certain that he was referring to PCY ( as opposed to NKL).
