Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Well, earlier this month it was widely reported that Lee said he was aiming to have a PPA negotiated by April. Here is the link to the story that was carried by several news feeds:

This is probably why the share price isn't moving beyong the 12-16 cent range the past couple of weeks. In the short term, I am hoping for good Wellgreen drill results to keep PCY afloat until the PPA.
