This arbitrage can’t continue unabated, supply will flow from Europe to get the better price creating supply squeeze and higher prices in Europe. IF there is enough to feed all the current demand, the median price is just about 8$. I think that the grace period for rebar manufacturers in China is ending and the requirement for higher content vanadium is starting to show in price pressure. I expect the world price to stabilize somewhere around 14 to 17/lb in 12 months.
