The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

i don't think Lee sold his 50% shares in order to participate in pp at lower price + warrant

He might be crazy but not that much.

However i can imagine he could be crazy in some extent -being coupled to his company- so that 1.200.000 warrants at 0.50cad can be executed by him till Mai 22nd.

it could be a nice trigger and a strong sign for the market
